great location really close to restaurants/, aviemore centre and the skiing do bars, and the room was modern. staff was helpful and knowledgeable, assisted us with everything. thoroughly enjoyed an iron and ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and a tv set available.

This place is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and pubs, and exceeded all my expectations, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

The rooms here are of high standard, modern, and include one queen-size bed and two futon mats, and the location is incredibly close to everything.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with everything within walking distance. It was great to have off-road car parking available on the grounds. The shower in the room was also a highlight, providing a great water pressure and a refreshing experience.

The room did not live up to expectations. It was much smaller than anticipated, leaving very little space to move around and no room for side tables or chairs.

As a couple visiting Aviemore for a short stay, we were impressed by the exceptional quality of Sweeney Rooms. The modern design, comfortable bed, and convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, and sink made our stay enjoyable. The central location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the town on foot. With ample off-road parking available, we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops and attractions. Free parking was a definite bonus. it was a fantastic experience.

The attention to detail and cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The modern decor and comfortable furnishings made for a cozy and welcoming stay. The central location within the city was fantastic and made it easy to explore. the quick and excellent response from the staff via email was greatly appreciated.

The thin walls made it difficult to sleep as we were constantly awakened by noise from neighboring rooms, including barking dogs and crying infants. The loud slamming of the fire door when people entered or left the property was also disruptive.

The accommodations were exceptional, with a modern design and top-notch amenities. The shower was amazing and the bed was possibly the comfiest I've ever slept in. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. we experienced some noise disturbance from the room above us, where a couple was singing karaoke late at night.

The smart TV, comfy bed, and amazing shower exceeded expectations. The pin pad entry system was convenient. The modern decor and location close to the high street were a plus. Offered free parking on-site. The small balcony was a nice touch.
